The application use a data text file called worldtimes.txt This file must be saved in the same directory as the application and must not be renamed, deleted or moved to a different drive or directory.
The data file, worldtimes.txt, contains the names of countries and regions as well as their time offset in hours and fractions of an hour from Greenwich Mean Time. This file may be updated by changing, adding or deleting entries.
The structure of the data file is as follows.
The first three numbers are (1) the number of records in the data file, (2) the record for the Default current location and (3) the record number for the default destination at start-up. The rest of the data file is populated by the names of countries and regions and their time offset in hours and fractions of an hour from Greenwich Mean Time. you can free download World Time Zones 1.0 now.
