Moreover the scanner allows to diagnose any cars that support data exchange
under protocol EOBD (ISO 9141-2, ISO 14230-4 and ISO 15765-4).
The program containing the necessary information about exchange protocols with various cars must be installed on a personal computer or notebook. Special adapter is used as connecting-link (interface) Between ECS of car and Your computer. It connects to COM port by one side and to a car diagnostic socket by other side. For connecting to car it is used a diagnostic cable set which is included in complete set.
The program contains all necessary information (text and pictures) describing the connection of diagnostic cables and an arrangement of diagnostic sockets on the tested cars.
The basic functions supported by the program scanner:
Reading codes of malfunctions and their human readable decoding
Deleting codes of malfunctions
Showing current parameters of system in a digital form (up to 10 parameters of executive components at the same time
Activation of the special operating modes of the controller (depending on the model of the car)
