TypeNoMo is a System Utilities software developed by TCNoMo. After our trial and test, the software is proved to be official, secure and free. Here is the official description for TypeNoMo:

TypeNoMo is software that rapidly types text for you anywhere you would normally type using a keyboard. This software helps people who type a lot or have difficulty typing on a computer. If you do a lot of typing, TypeNoMo can greatly speed up your WorkFlow, allowing you to rest your hands and arms while still getting a lot of work done. If you have difficulty typing due to disability or injury, TypeNoMo can make typing possible.

How It Works
The TypeNoMo window floats above other open windows and text documents, presents a view of text strings--words, paragraphs, anything you would normally type by hand--and allows you to click on a text string, rapidly typing that text string into the window below. With a few mouse clicks an enormous amount of text can quickly be typed by TypeNoMo. If you also use the ClickNoMo software, the mouse clicks are generated for you as your mouse hovers over the TypeNoMo window, eliminating much of the strain on your hands and arms.
