TelNet IpName Tracker is a Servers & Network software developed by 21century-ecommerce.com Inc. After our trial and test, the software is proved to be official, secure and free. Here is the official description for TelNet IpName Tracker:

Brothersoft Editor: This is a great windows utility that will help you potentially track down and report spammers! When do you use Telnet? On occasions trying to get the name of a Mail Server that sent you spam fails when you Attempt a reverse lookup from its Ip Address.Telnet just may be the answer.Telnet will connect to the mail server on its port just as an incoming mail connection would. When an incoming mail server connects, proper etiquette dictates that the mail server greet the connecting server with its NAME. Telnet will attempt to Capture this name.
NOTE: many severs today do NOT allow Telnet because it has been used in attempts to do not so nice things. If you end up looking at a blank telnet box, even though you are connected, then you are connected to a server that Refuses To Respond To Telnet, and this approach will not work. However, on many occasions, this tool will get you the desired name.
