Search Filter is a Browser software developed by Matt Sieker. After our trial and test, the software is proved to be official, secure and free. Here is the official description for Search Filter:

EditByBrothersoft: Tired of the same spammy Scraper sites and useless "Pay to view" pages clogging up your search results? Search Filter is the answer.

When installed, a delete button will show up next to the URL in your search results. When a domain has been deleted, it is removed from ALL Search results for all search terms. An Options PaGE is provided to remove filters.

Supported search engines are: Google, Bing, and Yahoo.

On an opt-in basis, filters can be submitted to the SearchFilter site for aggregation and syncing between Chrome installations. Filters are tied to your Google Account. The only information collected is a unique identifier tying the browser install to your Google Account, and the filters you create. This is displayed on the SearchFilter site in aggrigated form with no personal information visible.

To opt-in, go to the Extensions screen in Chrome, click the Options button next to SearchFilter, and check the box. You can opt-out at any time.
