And for those textures which need a little extra work, STG has the ability to crop/rotate/and remove perspective simply by moving the corners of a selection region.
STG was created with the artist in mind. It uses a proprietary algorithm designed to retain as much of the original image quality as possible. Other seamless texture programs blur, smear, and warp the image to make it seamless. Color saturation and contrast is lost, leaving visible bands in place of the seam. STG does not.
