I know that it gives modern principles as DDS and there will be for some reasons better results for the synthesized radiofrequency. But for the beginner the principles of pll-ic's is much more easier - I suppose and I will show it with my modules some lines later. If you don't think so, do what you will do here I will explain my way to make some moduls consisting of a little receiver from an article published in 1999 in the magazin Elektor. The beginner will have fun with the modules and, some to last but not least I have written a pc-program which will control the forenamed PLL-ic's with many advantages but if you use only a controller to do it.
