BSEditor, Have you ever wanted to enter into a trade but weren't sure of the number of shares to buy (or short), or how much capital to risk from your CASH account? Have you ever wondered what are the risks, and what are the potential rewards?

If so, then this program, Risk to Reward Calculator (RRC) may assist you. Just enter the information in each field in the Equity Information window, and when completed, RRC will calculate your stop loss amount, the number of shares to buy (or short), and the number of board lots your trade will take. RRC will calculate the total cost of the stop loss, the total cost to take the trade, and the net account balance.

RRC will calculate the various risk ratios, the equity price reward targets, and the potential profit for each reward target. When RRC has completed its calculations, it will display this information in the Equity Trade Information window.

RRC was written so that the stock market trader can avoid doing the calculations manually, and to have a quick overview of the capital risk involved, the various risk ratios, the various reward targets and the potential profits for each reward target.
