"Quick-kill an active process, or set a visible window topmost."
Edit By BS Editor: WNP is a lightweight handy utility that allows you to:

(1) quick-kill an active process, or
(2) set a visible window topmost.

After starting, program will run in system tray (gray nut and bolt icon). To do the operation (1), right click the tray icon, select and click the process from the list. Remember that critical system processes can not be killed. To do the operation (2), click the tray icon and check (put topmost) or uncheck (remove topmost) the window title in the menu. To quit the application click Exit.

To make utility run at startup, copy it to Startup folder within your Start menu. you can free download RCF WNP 0.32 now.
