To use the utility, download and install the appropriate Setup package for your system (Setup32 for 32bit windows, Setup64 for 64 bit version of Windows) and install it.
To "pin" a window, click on the icon in the system tray. The cursor will change to a Push pin. Click on the title area of the window you wish to pin (clicking anywhere else will cause the utility to stop searching for a window). The window will Now be a top level window.
To "unpin" a window, just follow the same Steps as above or right click on the system Tray Icon and click Unpin All. you can free download Pin Windows 1.1 now.
