pAgenda is a Business software developed by Paul Sherman. After our trial and test, the software is proved to be official, secure and free. Here is the official description for pAgenda:

BSEditor: Cross-Platform Calendar/scheduler written in Python.
Uses self-contained SQLite database for multiple users/schedules
Small enough single db files to mail or put on disk.
Has the ability to be copied and run completely from a USB stick.
A single click prints daily schedule.
Hourly pop-up reminders, can be turned off for the day or permanently
Windows download is an installer, Linux version is source code

Individual DB calendar files are saved in "My Documents" (user's Home Folder on Linux) OR can be created in the program folder if the user has write access. (If created by another user, these "global" DBs are read-only for users with limited permissions.)

Add and delete appointmentas as you wish. The results are immediately saved in the database. The file name for the generated database is:

_name_you_entered.db

For example, if you entered "Earl", the db name would be "_earl.db".

For a read-by-all DB the file starts with 2 underscores.

So you can Copy/send the file anywhere you like. If someone else is using pAgenda they can just drop that file into their home (My Documents) folder and look it over in their version of pAgenda. The database name will show up in the dropdown box in the top panel, and by choosing it will open that schedule.

You can keep as many different schedules as like, for different event or other people -- but realize that for anyone who logs onto a PC with a different user name, pAgenda will be looking in THEIR home folder for the schedules. [And in the program folder, for the "viewable by all" schedules.]

In other words, if more than one person logs in as the same user (or does not log in at all), then you would make schedules under different user names. If you are a solo act or log in under different names, you would use multiple schedules only if you wanted to keep track of, say, work hours, a sport schedule, kids events, bills etc. under different schedules.
