MultiPic is a file based system - it displays and edits picture files on your computer's disks. At its simplest, it may be used to display thumbnail images for the pictures present on your disk. Since it constantly monitors the disk for new, changed, and deleted picture files, you can use it to view real-time picture feeds such as those provided by news picture agencies like AP and Reuters.
