It has been repackaged to provide an inexpensive option for administrators that are just looking for an easy way to restart the computers they manage.

-Specify the amount of time to wait between initiating the shutdown and the time the actual shutdown begins.
-Send a message to the machines before shutting them down.
-Include a message with the shutdown command
-Force applications to close
-Force reboot after shutdown
-Abort an in-Progress shutdown
-The registered version allows you to shutdown an unlimited number of computers. The unregistered/trial version allows a maximum of 10 computers to be shutdown at once.
