MT Simul 1.4 : developed for a fundamental research paper (Dimitrov et al., Science 2008) this software allows to simulate microtubule dynamics while tuning key parameters (polymerization and depolymerization rate, probability of growth of GDP and GTP ends, probability of hydrolysis). QuickTime movies can be saved, as will as tables sumarizing key calculated parameters (like mean microtubule length and rescue and catastrophe frequencies) you can free download MT Simul 1.4 now.
