Mihov Background Tester is a program used to test different images and see how they would look as a tiled background. This is very useful for testing background images for home pages. It can display jpg, gif, and png images (for web sites) and also bmp images (for Windows background).
It is a highly appreciated tool by web designers, who can view several images as tiled to see how perfect they look when put together. There is also an option to add black text to the background so it can be seen instantly how the background interacts with the text. The images can also be deleted from within the program.
