BSEditor, JSMail is a 32 bit console SMTP/POP3 server/post-office. As well as recieving mail via SMTP, JSMail will also retrieve mail from POP3 accounts. JSMail is highly configurable using a text configuration files, and many settings can be changed on-the-fly at the JSMail console or remotely using a standard telnet client or the supplied command-line application. JSMail can be bound to a particular ip address so that several instances of JSMail can be run on a multi-homed machine. JSMail can be installed as a service under NT - you can even install it as a service several times under different names, again for multi-homed machines. JSMail can be run in the system tray under win95 or NT. JSMail has extensive anti-spam features including the use of RBL databases.
