Description of Nugen 0.4

EditByBSEditor: Nugen is a multiple arcade hardware emulator. Although it can only run some NeoGeo games right now, CPS-1 and CPS-2 support is underway and ZN-1, ZN-2 support is dreamed. Thats all there is for now. More features will be added as I figure them out.

Nugen is written in 50% C++ and 50% unoptimized Assembly. It can use three different emulators for the M68000 emulation and Multi-Z80 for Z-80 emulation. The emu is not really very fast right now but that will change in future(I hope). Nugen is also designed to easily add other arcade machines. It is not strictly tied to just 68000/Z80 based arcade machines as some of the other emulators.
