Description of CS Tools: DScript Utility 1.8

BSEditor: DScript is a project I've been working on for a while. It is a tool for anyone who would like to make scripts for Counter-Strike (And CS:S too If the commands are the same). From noobs to pro's, scripts are easy to make! BTW I made it in VB.net.
