Frame Works is a Photo & Image software developed by Jim Clatfelter. After our trial and test, the software is proved to be official, secure and free. Here is the official description for Frame Works:

Brothersoft Editor: Frame Works lets you create many different kinds of frames for your images. It includes a series of presets to get you started.
Experiment freely with the various user controls. For interesting effects, run the filter two or three times at different widths.

If you are using PhotoFiltre Studio, you can create a matte by selecting Outside frame from the Image menu.
This option allows you to apply a paper texture. After you have created the matte using Outside frame, use Frame Works
at a narrower width to make the frame. Of course, you can do the same thing by increasing the canvas size in the Default
white color, selecting the new white Border with the MAGic wand, and then using Stroke and fill from the Edit menu,
and filling with a paper pattern.

The preview window gives you two options. You can fit the whole image into the window. When you do, only the width
of the frame is correct or wysiwyg in the preview. Click the button that says 1:1 Corner View for a true wysiwyg preview.
It will go to the upper left corner of your image, but you can MOVE it to another corner if you wish.
you can free download Frame Works 1.0 now.
