Fluid Cast’s folder scanner capability scans a particular folder for files and automatically sends out emails based on the contents of the files.
■ Filtering of file extension
Fluid Cast can be configured to monitor only certain file extension ignoring the rest of the files.
■ Retrieval of source information
Fluid Cast can be configured to retrieve information from part of the file name or file content to be used in the emails that are being generated.
■ Transformation of email contents
Fluid Cast can substitute certain parameters of emails based on the information retrieved. The parameters include email sending time, Sender email address, recipient email address, subject, message body and attachment.
■ Notification mechanism
