Lightning-fast imports from your hard drives and cameras. FlamingoHD will Copy in content from your camera, but only Link to content from your hard drives (this can be controlled in the Preferences). Importing from other hard drives is remarkably fast.
Native Storage
FlamingoHD stores your imported movies in their original format. This gives you fast imports and a small library to manage. For AVCHD especially, converted videos take up over 10x the space of the originals.
Browse
Browse your clips using the handy Filmstrip view. By displaying many Filmstrips on the screen at once, FlamingoHD allows you to quickly browse through a huge number of movies very quickly.
Organise
Organise your movies, images and music into Events and Projects, ready to edit. When you are ready to edit, you can send a project to your favourite editor.
Update
Update your titles, descriptions and other meta data. Each media item can have its Title, Date Acquired and Notes updated.
