Express Agent comes in two parts, the job builder client is suitable for Windows 95,98,Me, NT, 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista. The server part must be on 2000, 2003, NT, XP or Vista as it runs as an NT service.
You do NOT need the .Net framework.
