For Email Guardian 1.1Publisher's description

Email Guardian is a Social & Communication software developed by Cloudeight. After our trial and test, the software is proved to be official, secure and free. Here is the official description for Email Guardian:

EditByBSEditor: Email Guardian for Outlook ExPress works only with Outlook Express running on Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, and Windows XP. It does not work with Windows Mail running on Windows Vista. You cannot "save" Outlook Express files from a Windows XP Machine and then restore them to a Windows Vista Machine. It will not work. Since Vista comes with a backup program pre-installed and since Windows Vista stores all Folders and settings in one file, we will not be updating Guardian to work with Windows Mail.
