As file manager Data Rotunda resembles feature of Windows explorer and supports shell menu commands - menu that pops up when you press right mouse button. It contains two panels with standard shell commands - copy/paste/open etc and organizer commands to assign some extra attributes.
When first time open Data Rotunda you will see your desktop icons grouped in panels according to some rules. Later on you can regroup panels, Create your own panels, delete, rename etc. Use mouse to drag icons from one panel to another, right-click on icon to make it to-do or HotSpot.
