Standard and Phonetic (also called Mnemonic or transliterated) keyboard layouts are provided, and you can easily customize them using a visual drag-and-drop Procedure. A visual map of your current keyboard layout is always available on screen for easy reference.
Summary of Features/Benefits
Cyrillic TrueType fonts. Six Cyrillic TrueType fonts are included.
Input Language Marking. The correct input language is associated with each keyboard layout, so your programs always know which language you are typing. Programs such as Word 97/2000/XP use the input language for certain language-dependent features such as sorting, formatting dates, and selecting the proper spell check dictionary.
Windows XP Compatibility. Fully compatible with Windows 95, 98, Me, NT 4, 2000, and XP.
Unicode Support. Font and keyboard support are provided for the Cyrillic portion of Unicode. Four Unicode fonts are included, and additional ones are available from a variety of sources.
Internet Cyrillic (KOI8). Font and keyboard support are also provided for Windows Cyrillic (Code PaGE 1251) and Internet Cyrillic (KOI8).
Application Notes. An extensive help system is included with notes on using Cyrillic in popular e-mail programs, Web browsers, and other applications.
