his program converts single files or all files with certain extensions (if you wish, also recursively in all subdirectories) from an abitrary coding into the Macintosh, DOS/Windows, or UNIX/Linux format; the program can also handle mixed line-break codings in the source file.
Because the CrLf problem concerns all operating systems, I wrote a system Independent program; you can use it on every computer, provided you have installed a Java Runtime Environment (JRE) by Sun Microsystems, which can be downloaded for free. you can free download CrLf 2.2.4 now.
