CMS Scheduler runs as a client and server. The server runs as a Windows Service and performs all scheduling and running of tasks. The client is a front-end which enables server tasks to be configured and run. Multiple clients are supported in a networked environment.
CMS Scheduler uses the script interpreter engine used by all of the GPP Software CMS products. The script language enables Complex and powerful tasks to be performed.
CMS Scheduler Application Features
All new version which uses databases through ODBC (can be configured to use MS Access or SQL Server 6.5, 7.0, 2000)
Tightly integrated with our CMS software, but can also be used as a separate product
No limit on the number of tasks that can be configured
Supports one-off tasks
Supports recurrent tasks which can run repeatedly within a time-period during a day
