Version 2.9: Re-wrote the remote host part system (this is necessary since a considerable part of the extension is in PHP) introduced a fall-back mechanism in case a host fails which allows me to redirect without any downloading requirement by the users. I sincerely apologize for the huge mistake I made in choosing the last free PHP web hosting service which ended up flopping. I know I took some time to fix this properly but I was busy with another project.
As for new features BIG NEWS!! I made available both the Continuous & the Snapshot builds for you to choose together with the latest version of each indicated on the extension, this applies to any OS you are on which is still automatically detected. While for most I still recommend the The Continuous branch build, it is Now up to the users which build they'll prefer using, now that this option is available so is the responsibility, in short the choice is upon your own risk! you can free download Chromium Updater 2.9 now.
