It can be minimized to the System Tray. Log file is located at "log.txt" in whatever folder you install it to.
"Update Delay" is the amount of time Between changes. The Default time is 1 second, therefore if a file is changed most than once in under a second, you will only recieve one e-mail. This needed to be implemented because some OS's record a file write two (or three times) every time you save a file, so you'd always end up with two e-mails. You can change this setting to anything between 1 and 500 seconds and any changes in that time won't be recorded. you can free download Change-N-Mail 1.2.9 now.
