It computes astronomical events (moon phases, blue moons, solstice, equinox, moon rise and set, sun rise & set) and displays the information according to the selected calendar system. It supports Ancient Roman, Bahai, Chinese, Coptic, Ethiopic, Fasli, French Republican, Gregorian, Hebrew, Indian Civil, Islamic, Japanese, Julian, Mayan, Persian, Quadimi, Shenshai and Viking calendars, with others currently in development. It understands multiple Gregorian reforms and can display them not only in current years but in the reform years as well. Most calendars make major errors when regressing in time. Don't be fooled by proleptic calendars. You need a true reform based calendar when researching historical events. Rules describing calendar events and holidays come in all shapes and sizes.
