To generate the tag, Basic Note Tagger uses a Template that contains dynamic information (time, date, Environment Variables or text files that are eventually updated by other applications).
Basic Note Tagger can also call whatever program to update the dynamic information whenever you need a new tag.

Observation and experiment notes.
Meeting and/or interview notes.
Standard header for multiple-format documents (DOC, HTML, XLS..)
Getting started
1-2-3...
First, edit whatever text document with whatever program.
To start Basic Log Tagger, go to the installation directory and execute startLogTagger.exe. The icon of Basic Note Tagger appears in the task bar. you can free download Basic Note Tagger 1.0 Release 2011.03.01 now.
