Astonish Recipes 4 was developed by a programmer who can't cook. It was funded by someone who can. This partnership made sure that Astonish Recipes 4 had what it needed to be useful, but made that usefulness quick and easy to use. For example, even those who don't cook know the basics of scaling a recipe. Other recipe applications will scale recipes for you, but there's a downside: it takes forever to enter a recipe because you need to fiddle with all these Little dropdown menus, pick just the right measurement, blah, blah...I'm hungry! Let's just get a recipe typed and into the application! Astonish Recipes 4 does just that. It focuses on easily getting your beloved recipes off the index cards and into your PC.

While this is not a bad thing, we felt it'd be way more cool to have you go anywhere to get a recipe.
